These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpuRow marketplace ("OpuRow", "we", "us"), operated by Oasystemx LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using OpuRow you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from OpuRow. Business purchases must be made by an authorized representative of the buying entity.
2. Orders and Pricing
All orders are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance by OpuRow. Prices, availability, specifications, and lead times may change without notice prior to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or export restrictions.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout unless net terms have been separately agreed in writing. All payments are processed by regulated third-party processors; OpuRow does not store full payment card details.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

5. Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as expressly stated, OpuRow makes no additional warranties and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasystemx LLC's aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of OpuRow will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. OpuRow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, reverse engineer it, resell restricted items without authorization, or violate any applicable law, including U.S. export controls and sanctions.
8. Intellectual Property
OpuRow, the OpuRow logo, and all site content are owned by Oasystemx LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
