Processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Configured, made-to-order, and large industrial equipment may require additional lead time, which is shown at checkout or confirmed via quote.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Small parcels ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Heavy or oversized machinery ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers, with liftgate and inside-delivery options available on request.
International shipping
OpuRow ships worldwide. International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any import licenses required in the destination country. Export-controlled items are subject to U.S. EAR and OFAC review before shipment.
Delivery times
- U.S. ground: 2–7 business days.
- Freight / LTL: 5–14 business days depending on destination and equipment size.
- International: 5–20 business days after export clearance.
Tracking
You receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Freight shipments include a scheduled delivery appointment.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend freight insurance for high-value orders.
