Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Some categories - including custom-configured servers, opened medical devices, calibrated laboratory instruments, and hazardous materials - are non-returnable except for warranty claims.
How to request a return
- Email info@oasystemx.com with your order number and reason.
- We issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 10 business days of receiving your RMA.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large machinery and configured equipment.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report visible freight damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim. Defective items under manufacturer warranty follow the manufacturer's warranty process, which we help coordinate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
